The Design Process:

The Past Projects and Gallery have photos that represent interiors and exteriors of homes that were built either by us or projects that involved construction management services provided by Wilson Management Ltd. We hope you enjoy the extra details in both the exterior and interior designs. The first phase of the design process involves an "Illustration" of the exterior and floor plan by Ben Nelson of Nelson Residential Design. The concept plan is then reviewed and reworked by Greg Walsh of the award winning firm Walsh Design Group. Working drawings are
then prepared by McPete Design, utilizing the latest in computer assisted design.

Land Developers:

After securing the real estate, we meet with engineers to plan the on site improvements, obtain city approvals, and oversee the completion of the grading, streets, and utilities.

Joint Venture Partners:

The majority of our endeavors involve acquiring the real estate, then design and obtain bids to determine the construction costs of a home to be built for sale. We then enter into a Joint Venture Agreement, with an investor for whom we help arrange construction financing. In the Joint Venture Agreement, Wilson Management Ltd. provides the construction management along with marketing services. Custom Homes:

If you have reviewed our most current and past projects and were impressed by the quality and design, we can custom design and build your home on a fixed cost or a "cost plus" basis. Fees on the cost plus plan very according to the scope and details of the project.

Real Estate Brokerage:

Our properties are offered for sale on the multiple listing service. If we don't currently have a property that is of interest to you we can show you any property listed with MLS.
